Application Process
Our Procedure for Application
Fill out and submit our initial application form. Print and fill it out, and mail to our address.
Compile any information you have related to student diagnoses. This includes psychological testing results, a list of programs and therapies in which your student has participated, and the most recent IEP if it is available.
Wait for our call to schedule an interview with parent and child.
Our enrollment will continue until all slots are filled, then we will conduct a lottery for any further open slots. We will keep you informed of the process along the way as we anticipate changes during our first enrollment session.
